Your CV/resume, dance qualifications, work history, choreographic experience, language skills, and any other portfolio materials or references you choose to provide.

 IP address, browser type, operating system, and data collected via cookies regarding how you interact with our website.

Important Note on Biometric & Sensitive Data: As explicitly requested on our website, please do NOT include a profile picture or any sensitive physical or biometric data on your CV. We aim to process only the data strictly necessary for evaluating your professional capabilities.

Dance Connect is located in Houston, Texas, United States. When you submit your personal data and CV to us from Europe, your data will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

We share your personal data with:

Prospective Employers: Selected US-based dance studios, companies, or employers looking for European choreographic talent. We will only share your profile with prospective employers to facilitate your international career transition.

Service Providers: Third-party IT, website hosting (Odoo), and communication providers who help us run our platform securely.

Data Transfer Safeguards:

 To ensure your personal data receives an adequate level of protection comparable to the GDPR, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission with our processors, or we rely on explicit consent and necessity for the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR) to execute your application request.

  • Successful Applicants: If you are placed, your data will be retained for the duration of our business relationship and as required by local US labor and immigration reporting laws.
